Although studies have shown that perceived high risk activities and classical, pre-packaged team-building games (the spider's web, plank walk, etc.) are effective in improving teamwork, Corporate Synergy prefers to utilize these activites only as tools to produce lessons that transfer more readily back to the work environment.
