Youth Leadership Programs


Corporate Synergy is proud and excited to announce our new youth leadership programs, COLTT, Canadian Outdoor Leadership Training for Teens.

The objectives for this program will mirror the objectives found in our corporate programs but with a greater emphasis on the outdoor wildnerness experience and slanted more towards youth. These objectives will include:

- Enhanced leadership skills
- A better understanding of the roles and dynamics within a team
- A better understanding of our environment, ecosystem and natural world

As this is our inaugral year, we plan on starting small and building on a foundation of quality.
